Competition terms and conditions – 1 year of free golf at Golflounge Den Haag 

1. Organizer

This competition is organized by Golflounge Den Haag (hereinafter: "Organizer"). By participating in this competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Participation

1. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over.
2. Participation is free and takes place by subscribing to the newsletter via the official website of Golflounge Den Haag before the official opening.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Period

1. The competition runs until the official opening of Golflounge Den Haag.
2. The exact opening date will be determined and communicated by the Organizer through its official channels.

4. Prize Description

The prize consists of 1 year of free golf at Golflounge Den Haag, subject to the following conditions:

1. The prize is personal; the winner must be personally present for each reservation.
2. A maximum of 4 hours of Bay reservations applies per calendar week.
3. The prize is valid for a period of 12 months after the official opening of Golflounge Den Haag.
4. Reservations can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.
5. Snacks and drinks are not included and will be charged separately.
6. Extra hours of Bay reservations beyond the won hours will be billed at 100% of the applicable rate.
7. A maximum of 6 people applies per Bay reservation, of which the winner must always be one.
8. Golflounge Den Haag's regular cancellation policy applies.

5. Additional Conditions

1. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or subscriptions.
2. The prize is only valid during Golflounge Den Haag's regular opening hours.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude certain time slots or peak times (such as events, holidays, or exclusive rentals) from availability.
2. Unused hours cannot be saved or carried over to the next week.
3. In case of a no-show (failure to appear without timely cancellation), the right to the reserved hours expires.
4. The winner must adhere to Golflounge Den Haag's house rules, safety instructions, and codes of conduct.
5. In case of misuse, suspected commercial use, or systematic violation of conditions, the Organizer may withdraw the prize immediately and without compensation.
6. Golflounge Den Haag is entitled to terminate the prize if the location temporarily or permanently closes due to force majeure.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

1. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the opening.
2. The winner will be personally notified via the email address provided upon registration.
3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to appoint a new winner.

7. Liability

1. Participation is at one's own risk.
2. The Organizer is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except for mandatory legal provisions.

8. Privacy

1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Golflounge Den Haag's privacy policy.
2. Data will only be used for the execution of this competition and newsletter communication.

9. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to terminate the promotion prematurely without giving reasons.
2. In cases not provided for in these terms and conditions, the Organizer decides.
3. Dutch law applies to this promotion.
